Job Description / Responsibility

The incumbent will be responsible for the following tasks.
Maintain Factory Accounts under the supervision of Head Office Accounts.
Prepare and post Vouchers in Accounting Software.
Keep all kinds of accounting records.
Coordinating with sales, store and technical person in providing them support and obtaining relevant information and maintain controls.
Preparing Cost analysis to find unnecessary cost & advise how to minimize cost at factory.
Management Account related reports using Accounting software.
Ensuring accurate and timely closing of accounts.
Must have thorough understanding of financial reporting and maintaining General Ledgers, bill vouchers, sub-contract deals etc.
Must have knowledge of store management. Post store vouchers, MRR, Issue of material, Requisition etc.
Maintain Receipts & Payment Vouchers, Journal Voucher, Cash Book, General Ledger, Bill Register, & Maintain all registers related to VAT such as Mushak-11.
Preparation of different reports as required by the Management and any other related jobs as assigned by the Head of the Department as well as Management.
Preparation of wages Sheet (production wise and regular basis).
Preparation of software-based accounts especially proper knowledge on ERP software.
Performing any other assignment as and when required by the management.

Educational Requirements

Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
CA (CC), ACCA, CMA students will get preference.

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile, Spinning

Additional Job Requirements

Age 28 to 35 years
Must be fluent in English (Both speaking & writing).
