Job Description / Responsibility

The back office of Cottage Homecare Services (https://cottagehomecare.com/).
On-Site Job: Rupayan Shelford Tower, Shyamoli, Mirpur Road, Dhaka-1207.
Night Shif Time: 6PM to 3AM
Responsibilities:
Record financial transactions in accounting systems.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Assist in financial planning and strategy development.
Stay updated on changes in financial laws and regulations.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in Cost & Management Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Insurance, Telecommunication, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Overseas Companies, Healthcare Startup

Additional Job Requirements

Age at least 25 years
Fluency in English speaking is must
Problem-Solving: Identifying and addressing discrepancies or inefficiencies.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for creating reports and presentations.
Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
Time Management: Prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines during high demand periods like tax.
Organizational Skills: Expertise in scheduling, planning, and managing resources to meet client needs.
Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Legal and Ethical Knowledge: Awareness of ethical standards and practices in accounting.
Familiarity with local, national, and international financial laws and regulations
Leadership Experience: For managerial roles, prior experience leading a team or department.
