Job Description / Responsibility

Dongyi Sourcing Ltd is searching potential candidates for bellow position:
- Responsibilities:
- Checking the daily, weekly & monthly basis operational expenses bills & vouchers, prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations for improvement
- Check monthly Salary Sheet, Wages Sheet & OT Sheet of the employees
- Check quarterly Fixed Assets register with physical existence as well as coding system.
- Checking the inventory management systems.
- Checking bank reconciliation statement.
- Surprise Cash audit.
- Checking Open Cost Sheet
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and regulation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of audit plans and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Investigate discrepancies, or irregularities in financial activities.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Multinational Companies, Buying House
Additional Job Requirements
- Age at least 30 years
- Strong knowledge of COSCO internal control framework, ISA, IAS, IFRS VAT, TAX, Company Law, Labor law, others related regulations, and financial compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to detect financial discrepancies.
- Ability to conduct field audits and interact with various departments.
