Job Description / Responsibility
  • ERP software posting
  • Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable management
  • Update internal systems with financial data
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Participate in financial audits
  • Track bank deposits and payments
  • OA application system bill check
  • Review and implement financial policies
  • .Stock Lifting
  • Invoice preparing, Mushok 6.3 writing
  • Query Analysis and problem solving capabilities
  • Documentation all types Paper
  • Follow-up other peoples work
  • Other works assign by management

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
  • BBA/MBA major in Accounting/Finance
Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Telecommunication

Additional Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
  • Experience using financial software
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Knowledge of financial regulations
  • Excellent analytical numerical skills
  • Sharp time management skills
  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
