Job Description / Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Prepare financial reports, statements, and bank reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Oversee payroll processes, budgeting, and expense tracking.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Assist in audits and financial forecasting.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial clarity and reporting accuracy.
Monitor daily financial operations such as invoicing, billing, and bank transactions.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting or Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Finance
Educational Requirements: BBA or MBA in Accounting or Finance is mandatory.

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 24 to 32 years
Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel (formulas, data analysis, spreadsheets).
Experience in data management and reporting tools.
Strong command over accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience as an Accountant in the education consultancy sector or any relevant agency/field.
