Job Description / Responsibility
  • Job Context: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts & CRM Executive. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships and account-related tasks, including order approvals, communication, and payment follow-ups.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Approve customer orders and verify all details.
  • Use Business Management Softwares for Billings
  • Communicate with customers regarding their orders and inquiries.
  • Collect and manage customer feedback related to deliveries.
  • Send payment reminders and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Forward invoices to clients and ensure timely payments.
  • Prepare and manage daily due reports for accounts.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Automobile

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Experience in using POS systems will be an added advantage.
