Job Description / Responsibility
- Digital Sales:
- Develop, implement, and manage customer acquisition for the digital sales channel, e.g., mobile app, web app, etc.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise digital sales performance, implementing effective measures to improve conversion rates, customer acquisition and the number of transactions.
- Liaise with relevant departments to resolve customer queries and/or issues.
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales Support Team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance. Ensure alignment with broader company objectives by working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Set clear objectives and provide guidance to ensure team members meet their goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support professional development initiatives.
- Delegate tasks effectively and manage workloads to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Marketing Strategy & Campaigns :
- Develop, implement, and manage offline and online marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Brand & Content Management :
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and other platforms.
- Develop compelling copy and detailed creative briefs for designers and agencies to ensure high-quality marketing materials.
- Manage relationships with designers and agencies to produce engaging marketing materials.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.
- Analyse website traffic and social media engagement, providing reports and insights.
- Manage social media platforms, ensuring effective engagement with the target audience.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
- Work closely with sales, support, and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and media partners.
- Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for marketing projects and advertising.
- Events & Public Relations:
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Develop press releases and maintain media relations to enhance brand reputation.
- Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities to increase brand exposure.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 years
