Job Description / Responsibility
- Promote CONCORD’s full range of diagnostic products and services to new and existing clients.
- Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare professionals to generate referrals and build strong professional relationships.
- Identify and pursue new B2B and B2C business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Organize and assist in various promotional activities such as seminars, health camps and focused group meetings.
- Achieve individual and team-wise monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Regularly collect and analyze market insights and competitor information for strategic planning.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Cooperate and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements and resolve issues.
- Prepare daily work reports and submit updates to line managers.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors, SSC in Science, HSC in Science
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or Science background).
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply for Executive positions.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience may be considered for Senior Executive role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (both in Bangla and English).
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Passionate about sales, target-oriented, and highly self-motivated.
- Willing to work in the field and travel extensively within assigned areas.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Candidates from Dhaka and Narayanganj or nearby locations will be preferred.
