Job Description / Responsibility
- This position requires strong communication skills, with the ability to engage potential customers and build lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Bengali and English.
- Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce our products/services, and generate leads or close sales.
- Customer Engagement: Manage and grow relationships with key clients by identifying their needs and handle complaint
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/services to confidently answer customer queries and effectively pitch offerings.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and KPIs set by the team leader / sales manager.
- Customer Retention: Follow up with existing customers, offer new products, services, or promotional deals, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Database Management: Update and maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system, ensuring all sales activities are logged and tracked.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, challenges, and feedback from customers to the team leader or manager.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to overall business success.

- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Bengali and English to effectively communicate with our customers in these languages.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to persuade and influence potential customers.
- Sales-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a passion for driving results.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using software and other sales tools to track leads, manage customer data, and report on performance.
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Driven: Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned sales goals and objectives.
- Professionalism & Positivity: A professional and positive attitude when interacting with customers, along with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and market trends.
- Basic Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and other digital communication platforms.
