Job Description / Responsibility
- Seeking a Senior Digital Marketer skilled in Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Sales Funnels, Content Planning, Data Analysis, and Reporting. 3+ years experience required. Strategic, ROI-driven, and performance-focused role.
- We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist who can take full ownership of digital marketing strategies, execution, and performance growth across multiple platforms.
- Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Craft complete multi-channel digital marketing strategies tailored to business goals.
- Plan and execute full-funnel strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention).
- Advertising Expertise:
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with strong focus on ROI.
- Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube) for lead generation and conversions.
- Create and manage LinkedIn Ads for B2B marketing and lead nurturing.
- Retargeting strategies for maximum conversion uplift.
- Sales Funnel Building:
- Build and optimize high-converting sales funnels (lead magnets, nurturing emails, retargeting campaigns).
- Create automation flows to maximize customer journey efficiency.
- Content Strategy & Planning:
- Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-friendly, high-performing content aligned with marketing goals.
- Guide the content calendar to support paid campaigns and organic growth.
- Data Analysis, Tracking, and Reporting:
- Set up KPIs and track performance across all campaigns.
- Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems, and custom dashboards to measure success.
- Deliver regular detailed performance reports with strategic insights and future recommendations.
