Job Description / Responsibility
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets in assigned divisions.
- Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets.
- Distribute daily sales targets and ensure achievement.
- Assign, coach, and motivate sales staff.
- Identify market gaps and take necessary action.
- Schedule and monitor the movement of sales staff.
- Provide counseling and discipline to sales staff in the assigned region.
- Visit depots and dealer points regularly.
- Train and developthe sales team to enhance selling and interpersonal skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, customers, and stakeholders to strengthen the network and expand coverage.
- Conduct weekly reviews of monthly targets.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and claims by business associates.
