- Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Medical Sales Team Leader to oversee and drive our medical sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical sales, established network with doctors, hospitals and diagnostic labs; proven leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage medical sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new team members, ensuring they are well-equipped with product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
- Set individual and team sales targets, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure achievement.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Visit doctors and clients regularly to promote products, address inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Sales Process & Operations:
- Ensure the implementation and maintenance of proper sales processes, including accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, performance metrics, and client interactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Educational Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
Additional Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and successfully managing a sales team.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of medical products and the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Bangla
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends
- Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
