Job Description / Responsibility

Built and maintain a successful relationship with customers.
Maintain composure and patience in face-off difficult customer situations.
Keep customers informed of progress during the issue life cycle and make follow-up calls or communications in a timely manner.
Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Adhering to Incident Management procedures.
Ability to prepare reports, documentation and provide formal training to users.
Perform the duties & responsibilities to a high professional and ethical standard and Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Telecommunication, ISP
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 32 years
ISP Experience preferable
Should have ability to work hard in the field.
Should have knowledge in B2C sales.
Must have experience in retail sales by door to door client visit.
Smart and energetic.
Should have the ability to work in a pressure situation.
Should be honest and loyal at the workplace.
