Admissions Officer (IELTS) - Banani

Job Description / Responsibility

Advise and assist students in choosing suitable courses, programs, and universities based on their academic backgrounds, career goals, and IELTS preparation needs, while consistently meeting the company’s monthly sales targets.
Assist candidates in the IELTS registration process, ensuring all required information and documents are accurately collected.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry for each candidate’s registration details into the system.
Respond to inquiries from prospective candidates regarding exam schedules, registration procedures, fees, and requirements.
Collect registration fees, process payments, and issue receipts.
Advising & counselling students on their higher education options abroad.
Guide students through the application process, including documentation and form submissions.
Assist and create video content, including instructional and promotional videos, to enhance online presence and attract prospective students.
Establish relationships with educational institutions and stay updated on admission requirements or procedure changes.
Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, and webinars on study abroad opportunities, application processes, and IELTS tips to attract and engage prospective students.
Ensure engagement with the target audience through social media sites, websites, and live sessions.
Adhere to any office work instructed by the reporting head when required.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Training Institutes, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age at least 21 years
Comfortable on camera and capable of creating engaging video content that resonates with potential students.
Able to contribute to building and strengthening the company’s brand image through consistent and strategic content creation.
