Sales Officer / Regional Sales Officer (Position Based on Experience)
We are hiring for multiple sales positions based on experience and territory. If you're an experienced candidate with leadership capabilities, you may qualify for the Regional Sales Officer role. Freshers or early-career professionals may apply for the Sales Officer position. Suitable roles will be assigned based on your profile, experience, and interview performance.
Job Location: Different regions across Bangladesh – as per assignment

বিক্রয় পরিকল্পনা করা ও নির্ধারিত লক্ষ্য অর্জন করা
নতুন এলাকা ও গ্রাহক খুঁজে বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধি
ডিলার ও গ্রাহকের সাথে সুসম্পর্ক গড়ে তোলা
পণ্যের প্রচার এবং বিতরণ কার্যক্রম পর্যবেক্ষণ
ব্যবস্থাপনাকে নিয়মিত রিপোর্ট প্রদান
একাধিক এলাকা তত্ত্বাবধান ও টিম কোঅর্ডিনেশন
বিক্রয় কৌশল পরিকল্পনা ও বাস্তবায়ন
বিক্রয় টার্গেট সেট করা ও ফলাফল বিশ্লেষণ
জোন ভিত্তিক মার্কেট এক্সপ্যানশন
সিনিয়র ম্যানেজমেন্টের সাথে স্ট্র্যাটেজি শেয়ার করা

Educational Requirements

Higher Secondary, Bachelor/Honors
HSC/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business preferred)

Experience Requirements

1 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Additional Job Requirements

Age 18 to 35 years
1-5 years of experience
Strong communication, field mobility, and target-driven mindset essential
