Job Description / Responsibility

Job Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Team Management
Lead, train, and motivate the regional sales team.
Set sales targets for team members and track performance.
Conduct regular team meetings and sales training sessions.
Market Analysis & Business Development
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Develop and implement plans to increase market share.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Revenue & Profitability Management
Ensure revenue and profitability goals are met.-Optimize pricing strategies and sales promotions.
Manage budgets and control operational costs.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and analysis.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Collaborate with other departments for smooth business operations.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

10 to 12 years

Additional Job Requirements

Experience
Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Consumer Items sales/Marketing or preferably in a managerial role
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Skills & Competencies
Must have ability to build and manage own team.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Salary Range

Tk. 50000 - 80000 (Monthly)
