Job Description / Responsibility

A. Local Agent Marketing:
Visit and communicate with local agents to promote manpower recruitment services.
Build and maintain a strong network of local sourcing agents.
Share job demands and collect candidate profiles through local agents.
B. Tele marketing:
Make regular phone calls to agents and candidates for follow-up and coordination.
Provide accurate information about job openings and recruitment procedures.
C. Computer Support:
Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email communication.
Assist in preparing documents, reports, and basic data entry.
Knowledge of ERP software will be considered an advantage.
C. Documentation & Support:
Help with maintaining candidate files and marketing records.
Assist in preparing daily/weekly marketing activity reports.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

2 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Telecommunication, Advertising Agency, Development Agency, Buying House, Travel Agent, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manpower Recruitment, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Overseas Companies, Immigration/Visa Processing

Additional Job Requirements

Age 20 to 45 years
Manpower Recruiting & Overseas experience will get preference
Ability to work with local agent office.
Overseas experience will get advantages
Managing the existing Agent & potential Agent by regular client visit & follow-up.
Computer knowledge will get preference
Must be smart, well-presented, and confident in communication.
Willing to travel locally for agent visits and marketing activities.·
Ability to manage good relationship with Agent agent and Company
Good Knowledge in Social Media, Like Facebook.
