Job Description / Responsibility

Are you a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a passion for marketing and business growth? We’re looking for a Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our energetic team and help us drive success across exciting new ventures!
Your Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
Identify and pursue new business leads while building strong relationships with clients and partners.
Support digital campaigns with hands-on experience in social media and digital marketing.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Contribute to the creation of impactful marketing materials and promotional content.
Maintain and manage client databases and track development activities effectively.
Ensure clear and consistent communication across all business channels.
Collaborate across departments to support strategic growth initiatives.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any equivalent commerce-related field.

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years

Additional Job Requirements

Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
Comfortable using IT-enabled global platforms and digital tools.
Soft Skills & Personal Traits:Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of multitasking with minimal supervision.
Flexibility to thrive in a hybrid work model (on-site + remote).
Professional Experience:1–3 years of experience in a marketing, business development, or hybrid role.
Prior experience in FMCG, retail, trading, or service sectors is a plus.
Basic knowledge of accounting will be considered an added advantage.
