Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context:
- We are looking for a young, dynamic, and energetic Executive (Sales & Marketing) who has experience in the Real Estate/ Land Development Industry.
- Job Location: Al-Razi Complex,Suite-C/505(5th Floor),166-167 Purana Paltan, Dhaka.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Detail outdoor visit plan for meeting.
- Handling every customer efficiently as a consultant.
- Maintain good relationships with clients.
- Close the deal through proper documentation & registration support.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plans.
- Find Prospective Clients by field visit.
- Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals / businessmen and look for prospective customers
- To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
- Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personals.
- Any other task assigned by Management.

- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Housing Development, Real Estate, Property Development, Land Development, and Marketing & Sales.
- This candidate should have at least 1 years of proven experience in Property Marketing, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
- Highly Preference to sales experience on Plot
- Extremely knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate present market scenario.
- Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target & Capable to close the business deal.
- Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
- Must have self-motivated and dynamic.
- Skills & Expertise: Sales and Marketing, Land Development, Property Management, Real Estate
