Job Description / Responsibility

Capable to handle customer queries/complains instantly.
Must be well mannered to maintain excellent communication with all customers..
Find out what the customer needs, clarify the issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and managing feedback & reviews.
Maintain a database of customers, schedule follow-ups, and ensure proper after-sales support.
Computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Must have the ability to work in a team
Telemarketing: Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Job Location: Zindabazar, Sylhet
Working Hours: (10 AM – 7:00 PM)
Working Days: Working Days Saturday to Thursday (6 days)

Educational Requirements

Additional Job Requirements

The applicants should have minimum 1 experience in the following business area(s):ISP, IT Services or Relevant field.
Telemarketing.
