Job Description / Responsibility

  • Job Context:
  • The Executive/ Sr. Executive - Corporate Sales will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, acquiring corporate clients, and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and negotiation skills to develop long-term relationships with corporate customers. The candidate will play a key role in expanding SONY-SMART's presence in the B2B market by offering innovative consumer electronics solutions.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Corporate Client Acquisition & Sales Growth:
  • Identify and target potential corporate clients, including businesses, institutions, and government organizations.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate customers.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and support.
  • Sales Negotiation & Deal Closure:
  • Present and promote SONY-SMART products, highlighting their benefits and competitive advantages.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to close deals successfully.
  • Work with finance and legal teams to finalize agreements and ensure smooth execution.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
  • Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams to enhance offerings.
  • Sales Reporting & Coordination:
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics and customer service, to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in CRM software.
  • Bill Submission and Due Collection:
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales invoices/bills to corporate clients in a timely manner as per company policy.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of all submitted bills and acknowledge receipt from clients.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.
  • Ensure all collections are deposited and reported in compliance with company financial procedures.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with clients regarding any billing discrepancies or payment issues.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Telecommunication, Multinational Companies, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age at most 35 years
  • 1-3 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or key account management (preferably in electronics, IT products, or consumer goods).
