Job Description / Responsibility
  • You have to master of English language with excellent texting and communication skills·
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close Appointments.
  • Actively listen to customer needs, clarify details, and conduct thorough investigations to identify solutions or alternative options.
  • Leverage phone communication to promote and sell services or products based on established guidelines.
  • Achieve individual and team goals for both qualitative (e.g., customer satisfaction) and quantitative metrics (e.g., sales targets).
  • Provide information about service features, prices, etc.
  • Perfectly handle USA Canada customer·
  • Be the master of problem resolution, clarifying complaints, determining root causes
  • Office Hours: Weekly 7days | 8:00PM to 7:00AM (NIGHT SHIFT)1 hours break time·
  • Holiday: Monthly 2 days (Any days)·

Educational Requirements
  • HSC, Diploma in Computer, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in English, Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Advertising Agency, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, E-commerce, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup, E-commerce Startup
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
