Job Description / Responsibility

eSmart.com.bd, a leading B2B eCommerce platform in Bangladesh, is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a vibrant eCommerce sector, drive growth, and build lasting vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer & Vendor Management:
Handle all inbound calls from customers and vendors, ensuring exceptional service.
Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Build strong vendor relationships, negotiating favorable terms and pricing to enhance product offerings.
Proactive Business Development:
Conduct market research to source innovative products aligned with business objectives.
Onboard new vendors and maintain strong partnerships.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic initiatives to drive growth.
CRM & Communication:
Maintain accurate and updated customer and vendor data in the CRM system.
Initiate outbound calls to assist customers in finding desired products and providing purchasing support.
Respond to customer emails and messages with professionalism and accuracy.
Marketing Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
Leverage data insights to identify target audiences and enhance customer engagement.
Industry Awareness:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.

Educational Requirements

HSC, Diploma, Bachelor/Honors
