Job Description / Responsibility

To do day-to-day general HR related work. that includes daily attendance, leave management, recruitment, Legal affairs.
Maintain worker & staff database-file info, update HR MIS.
Prepare various types of payment sheet Like, Salary, OT/ Allowance Sheet, Festival Bonus, Maternity benefit, Earn Leave Encashment, Annual Increment, Lunch bill, Dinner bill, Iftar bill etc.
Ensure compliance with all payroll-related laws and regulations, including tax and benefits administration.
Responding to employee questions regarding paychecks, deductions, and other payroll-related issues.
Staying up-to-date with HR laws and regulations and ensuring compliance with all applicable requirements.
Prepare monthly employee separation list and as per policy ensuring their final settlement.
To effectively communicate with employees and other stakeholders.
Maintain training and development programs.
Any other relevant task assign by management.

Educational Requirements

Masters

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories

Additional Job Requirements

Age at least 25 years
Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll administration or a related field.
Familiarity with payroll software and databases.
Strong understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate with employees by using strong interpersonal skills.
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures. Strong ethics and reliability.
Candidate have to stay nearby factory.
Excellent skills in MS Office, specially in MS Excel.
