Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:
Riseup Labs is looking for a Technical Content Writer to create high-quality, engaging, and informative content that resonates with our audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts, excellent writing skills, and the ability to adapt content for different platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Write, edit, and publish technical content, including blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and FAQs.
Develop SEO-optimized content to improve visibility and reach.
Ensure all content is accurate, well-researched, and aligns with the brand voice.
Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools.
Improve content based on audience engagement and feedback.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and competitors' strategies.
Work closely with developers, testers, and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy.
Coordinate with other teams for content distribution and keyword optimization.
Maintain a content calendar for regular and timely updates.
Additional Responsibilities:
Share and promote content across social media platforms to drive engagement.
Respond to comments, questions, and discussions related to published content.
Collaborate with the design team for visual content, info-graphics, and videos.
Work closely with developers, testers, and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy.
Coordinate with other teams for content distribution and keyword optimization.
Maintain a content calendar for regular and timely updates.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year

Additional Job Requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science will add value.
0-2 years of experience in content writing.
Proven experience as a Technical Content Writer or similar role.
Strong understanding of technical topics (Software, QA, Development, etc.).
Proficiency in SEO, content marketing strategies, and social media management.
Ability to simplify complex topics for a broad audience.
Familiarity with content tools like WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEO tools is a plus.
Strong research skills and attention to detail.
