Job Description / Responsibility
- Head of Marketing will lead all the marketing activities from ATL, BTL, Trade Promotions, social media and digital campaigns, advertising and creative projects. Head of Marketing responsibilities include developing plans to help establish the brand, creating demand, managing the business and allocating the budget with high ROI activities. He will need to allocate resources to different projects and set short-term and long-term department goals. Ensuring benchmarking with closest competitors and creating value for the company through the proper channel development and marketing activities. The candidate should be a skilled in marketing strategist, able to inspire his team members and manage several campaigns.
- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing Department.
- Set, monitor and report on team goals.
- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies.
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Prepare and execute necessary trade marketing, promotions, offers and engagement activities to ensure product sales.
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
- Oversee product requirements through facilitating the SOP simulations and ensuring
- product availability to prevent any product shortage.
- Ensure qualified lead, call center actions & proper data management.
- Ensure proper vendor and agency communications for sustainable and effective results.
- Product feasibility analysis & develop applicable pricing models.
- Any other task assigned by Supervisor/Management related to role.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements
- At least 14 years
