Job Description / Responsibility
- Drive the team to achieve the company objective & goal.
- Create new business opportunities.
- Lead client acquisition and foster long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and mentor the Digital Marketing & Branding team to achieve outstanding results.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee and contribute to strategic planning, content creation, and branding initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring continuous improvement and ROI optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing.
- Represent the company as a leader in industry forums and client engagements, showcasing Motion Soft’s expertise and value proposition.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to define competitive yet profitable pricing strategies for online platforms.
- Stay updated on competitors’ activities and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and ensure market relevance.
- Strong understanding of media relations, digital marketing, and branding principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Management
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Advertising Agency, Development Agency, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, E-commerce

- Age at least 30 years
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and secure new customers.
- At least 5 years in a leadership role within a digital marketing agency.
- Proven track record of successful team leadership, collaboration, and strategic planning.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing tools, branding platforms, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A history of meeting challenges head-on and delivering innovative solutions.
