Job Description / Responsibility

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Software Systems Administrator to oversee and manage our organization’s software platforms. This individual will provide support to users, ensure optimal software usage, establish workflows, and enforce rules and policies for efficient operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Software Management
Administer and maintain the organization’s software systems.
Ensure all platforms are updated, secure, and functioning effectively.
Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
User Support and Training
Assist users in navigating and effectively utilizing software systems.
Provide onboarding training and create user guides or tutorials.
Respond to user inquiries and technical support requests promptly.
Workflow and Policy Development
Design and implement workflows within software platforms to improve efficiency.
Set up user permissions, access controls, and other system rules.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and data protection standards.
Performance Monitoring & Data Visualization
Regularly monitor performance and usage metrics.
Design monitoring system through data visualization and dashboards.
Identify opportunities for optimization or integration of new tools.
Collaborate with vendors for system upgrades and improvements.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
NGO

Additional Job Requirements

Age 28 to 40 years
Skills
Familiarity with workflow automation and user permission settings.
Knowledge of data security and compliance standards
Experience with specific software platforms used in the organization (e.g., Zoho Suite, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Google Analytics 4, AWS)
Certification in software administration or IT systems.
Experience:
Proven experience managing enterprise-level software systems.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
