Job Description / Responsibility

Responsibilities & Context
100% Export Oriented Woven Garments Manufacturing Company. Able to control the overall Garments Quality standard of the company. Good administrator & management skill to handle manpower effectively.
Develop the quality standard, rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.
Follow up and ensure production quality from fabric/accessories to finishing and meet on time shipment schedule without fail.
Manage quality platform and attend each inspection with positive results. Conducting pre-production meeting before production start.
Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
Understanding fully the Quality System for woven fabric & Garments.
Ensure product quality as per customer quality standard.
Should be able to develop the expectation level of finish products and assure its quality.
Follow up the running orders quality issues and give the guide line to the subordinates.
Coordination with buying QC and give them proper support in all quality related matter.
Perform any technical audit for all buyers. Follow up and maintain all quality related reports.
Any other job assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelors in any discipline from university.
Education may relax for highly experienced person in the relevant field.

Experience Requirements

10 to 15 years
