Job Description / Responsibility
- Academic Leadership & Management:
- Plan and implement effective classroom management practices.
- Develop, maintain, and implement curriculum standards for Junior School (Grades 1-5).
- Coordinate and collaborate with teachers, parents, and stakeholders to ensure a quality educational experience.
- Assist in the planning and execution of both in-class and outdoor educational activities, as well as extracurricular events.
- Teacher Support & Performance Evaluation:
- Observe and evaluate teacher performance, providing feedback and guidance.
- Prepare and submit teachers' performance reports to the principal.
- Guide and train teachers and staff, supporting their professional development.
- Assist in the development of student portfolios aligned with school practices.
- Administrative Duties:
- Assist with daily school administration and support the principal in day-to-day operations.
- Take the initiative in various administrative duties as required, including organizing events and ensuring smooth school operations.
- Support the preparation of the school's annual report.
- Supervise the creation of exam timetables and ensure academic activities are carried out effectively.
- Student Welfare & Discipline:
- Counsel students and address discipline issues as necessary.
- Ensure the well-being and academic success of students through positive leadership.
- Strategic Planning & Collaboration:
- Assist in strategic planning and implement decisions from the organizing body.
- Collaborate with administrators, teachers, and other school personnel to ensure a positive learning environment.
Educational Requirements

- College, Training Institutes, School, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 33 to 45 years
- Experience:
- At least 1 years as a Vice Principal in an English-medium school.
- Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience, including in education administration and management.
- Skills & Attributes:
- High proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Creative, innovative, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, etc.).
- Strong moral values, discipline, and a commitment to the school's educational philosophy.
