Job Description / Responsibility
- Contact potential customers over phone to explain our product.
- Answer questions about our products or the company.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Listen & identify to customers' objections and handle them effectively.
- Regularly conduct raw data call and generate prospective leads.
- Make schedule for outdoor meeting & project visit.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide correct, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by Department.
Educational Requirements
- Minimum Graduate from any reputed public or private university.
- Candidates from Dhaka University(DU), Jahangirnagar University (JU), North South University, Independent University, East West University, AIUB, BRAC University will get preference.
