Job Description / Responsibility

Managing the correspondence to the sales & service team.
Providing data and reports to help the sales & service team.
Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry.
Uses basic office equipment (Printer, Scanner).
Transfers information from paper formats into computer files.
Performing office administration works and legal activities
Organizing and attending meetings; sometimes taking minutes.
Reporting to top level management
Ability to work under pressure.
Coordinate and support Senior Leadership Team meetings.
Others works assigns by management.

Educational Requirements

Preferably HSC / Diploma in Engineering from any reputed institute.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 20 to 25 years
Good communication skill.
Computer Knowledge is must on MS office management.
