Job Description / Responsibility

Production operators have many responsibilities, including: Operating machinery
Production operators are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of production machinery. They may also be responsible for setting up and maintaining machines and equipment.
Quality control: Production operators are responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards. They may perform quality control checks and document any defects or issues.
Safety: Production operators are responsible for following safety procedures and ensuring that other employees wear appropriate safety equipment.
Production goals: Production operators are responsible for ensuring that the business meets its production goals and timelines.
Communication: Production operators may need to communicate with managers to understand project requirements and liaise with other employees to set clear instructions.
Training: Production operators may be responsible for training new employees.

মাটির মিক্সিংও প্রকার সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।
ক্লিন, ফায়ার, সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান থাকা আবশ্যক

Candidate must have to be smart, energetic & dynamic.
Proven track record in Bricks production.
Strategic Planning and Leadership skills.
