Job Description / Responsibility

Ventura Leatherware Mfy (BD) Ltd, a 100% Export Oriented Enterprise in Uttara EPZ, we are looking for a potential talent for the position of Assistant - C&F operation for Import/Export section under Supply Chain Division in our Chottogram office.
Please note: The candidate must be honest and trustworthy in handling customs and port operations.
Key Responsibilities
Import:
Import Documentation: Handle invoice, packing list, and sales contract.
Shipping Documents: Collect shipping Delivery Order (DO) from shipping line and Bill of Lading (BL) from forwarder.
Customs Coordination: Cooperate with customs Sarkar at CEPZ for assessment.
Banking Tasks: Manage bank-related work.
Export:
Export Documentation: Handle invoice, packing list, sales contract, export permission (EP), and export permit (EXP).
Shipping Order (SO): Collect SO from forwarder.
Customs Coordination: Work with customs sarkar at CEPZ & Depot for assessment and inspection.
Banking Tasks: Manage bank-related work, including payments and LC management.
Any other task assign by management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors, HSC

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import, Garments, Port Service

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 32 years
