Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate student counselor to join our educational department.
The responsibilities of the student counselor include supporting the of students, to developing and monitoring counseling support programs, and providing educational guidance
To be a successful student counselor, you should treat all students with patience and empathy for the challenges they are facing.
A top-notch student counselor has a strong level of social understanding, is gently persuasive, and has the ability to make students feel safe and secure.
Maintain communication with the respective students.
Communicate with students and collect their required documents for visa applications.
Review and verify if documents sent by students are in the right order.
Maintain records of the student's documentation.
Update the daily processing work activities.
Communicate with clients face-to-face or over the phone regarding their application step.
Other duties as assigned

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor degree in any discipline

Additional Job Requirements

Must be hard working and willing to give extra effort to learn the trade.
Excellent communication, analytical, planning, and presentation skills.
Computer literacy in MS Office and Outlook.
Capable of handling customer queries.
Positive attitude and self-motivation
Willingness to participate in video and live programs.
