Job Description / Responsibility

Administrative Responsibilities: Allocate rooms and maintain proper records of occupants. Ensure new residents are briefed about hostel rules and regulations.
Inventory and Supplies: Maintain records of hostel inventory and arrange for replenishment when needed. Monitor usage and prevent misuse of hostel facilities.
Coordination: Liaise with parents/guardians, school/college authorities, and vendors as necessary. Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs and upkeep of the premises.
Rule Enforcement: Ensure residents follow hostel rules, including curfews and cleanliness standards. Handle disciplinary issues and report serious infractions to authorities.
Resident Welfare: Address the concerns and grievances of residents promptly. Arrange medical attention for students in case of illness or emergencies.
Safety and Security: Ensure the hostel is secure and implement safety measures like fire drills and emergency protocols .Oversee security personnel and monitor entry and exit logs. Daily Activities Supervision Oversee housekeeping, food preparation, and other daily activities to ensure smooth operation. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in dormitories, dining areas, and other facilities.
Record Keeping: Maintain attendance records and monitor leave/return timings of residents. Keep track of financial transactions and submit reports to higher authorities.
Budget Management: Prepare and manage the hostel’s budget. Ensure that expenditures remain within approved limits.
Event Management: Organize recreational activities, cultural events, and other programs for residents.
Inspection and Feedback: Conduct regular inspections of the hostel to ensure compliance with standards. Collect feedback from residents to improve services and address concerns.

Educational Requirements

Kamil (Madrasah), Masters

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
