Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Description / Responsibility
- Oversee and assess operations at fish farms and hatcheries, identifying and diagnosing health issues.
- Provide guidance to farm owners on general care, medical conditions, and treatment options.
- Plan and execute the company's sales targets.
- Explore and develop new market opportunities for expansion.
- Monitor daily sales and report the current status to the relevant authority.
- Conduct regular market surveys and provide updates to management.
Educational Requirements
- B.Sc. in Fisheries, Zoology, Marine Science, or Agricultural Science
- M.Sc. in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Animal Science, Marine Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Science, or Animal Husbandry.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Fisheries
Additional Job Requirements
- Candidates with 2–4 years or more in a related field will be given preference. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- For those with significant experience, educational qualifications may be relaxed
- Smart, self-motivated, energetic, polite, and possessing an attractive personality
- Experience in aqua product marketing will be a strong advantage
- Strong leadership and execution capabilities, a "can-do" attitude, and the ability to perform well under pressure
- A valid motorcycle driving license is required, and prior experience in motorcycle driving is preferred.
