Job Description / Responsibility

Acquiring & monitoring new dealer, farmer of poultry/cattle/fish category.
Collect & share authentic market data to management team regular basis.
New area expansion and continuous development.
Observe the ongoing market trend and share the data for ongoing self-improvement.
Check & inform the performance of own feed as well as competitor’s feed.
Develop and maintain effective business relationship with different stakeholders’ i.e. dealers, farmers, medicine company representatives, chicken supplier.
Act as an advisor for different farm or service-related issues through advising basic knowledge.

Educational Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 40 years
Should have the brief knowledge in poultry DOC.
Be able to work in the market and visit to farm and making report to the superior on time to time.
Be able to adapt to the market work for long time on the working site.
Be able to work in the market and visit to the farmers to motivate them.
Be able to work in tough working environment.
Must have positive mindset up to work in any critical.
As a transferable job, must have a mindset up to work anywhere in Bangladesh in anytime according to company’s requirement.
