Job Description / Responsibility
- Maintain daily cash book, general ledger, party ledger, party ledger, others books of accounts in software.
- Prepare daily expenditures, vouchers, requisition & daily transaction.
- Prepare & Maintain all the voucher sin Tally ERP-9 & Prime software.
- Reconcile the Bank Accounts daily basis & monthly basis.
- Prepare daily & monthly budget.
- Prepare purchase order & work order.
- Maintain accounting documents & records.
- Prepare various types of reports & update them regularly.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Manufacturing (FMCG), College, Development Agency, Hospital, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Clinic
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Should be intelligent & have quick learning ability.
- Should be hard working, sincere, self-motivated & result oriented.
- Should have good knowledge on Microsoft Office (word, excel, power-point).
- Working knowledge on accounting software will be an added advantage.
