Job Description / Responsibility

Context: We are looking for a self-driven and results-oriented individual to fill the role of Executive, Accounts. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining financial transactions. This role offers exciting opportunity to showcasing skills in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Job Responsibilities:
To maintain all bank payment (Fund transfer and Cheque issue).
To maintain all the cash transactions.
To prepare monthly bank reconcile
To prepare bank balance and liability position.
To check party / suppliers bills and send for approval.
To post Sales entry and Realization.
To check voucher and send for approval.
To calculate TDS & VDS from party bill and prepare online Challan.
To maintain all bank payment (Fund transfer and Cheque issue).
To prepare monthly bank reconcile
To prepare bank balance and liability position.
To check party / suppliers bills and send for approval.
To post Sales entry and Realization.
To check voucher and send for approval.
To calculate TDS & VDS from party bill and prepare online Challan.
Any other task assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Accounting Subject

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age at least 25 years
Skills & Expertise: Accounting MS Word
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
Additional Requirements:
Proven experience in Accounts department, preferably in the real estate sector
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in using Tally software and MS-word, Excel etc.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for achieving goals.
