Job Description / Responsibility

Daily payment of TA/DA to marketing personnel after approval from Management.
Check Depot petty cash and post in Tally.
Cheque printing and obtaining management approval for party payments.
Maintain Excel files person-wise for TA/DA and all types of conveyance.
Maintain HO petty cash, prepare petty cash statements, and post in Tally.
Pay cash salary when necessary.
Perform all types of banking activities.
Prepare BEFTIN Excel file for party payment, get management approval, and send forwarding letter to the bank.
Prepare cash budget and comparison report.10. Purchase Order Posting in Tally.
Update raw material stock register daily as per Excel stock register and factory register.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting & Information System, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Steel

Additional Job Requirements

Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good knowledge of banking processes and cash handling.
Ability to prepare financial statements and comparison reports.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
