To be responsible in looking after production related activities
To train up unskilled & semi- skilled workers
To have clear practical knowledge/experience on making underwear type garments of Knit & Woven for men & women.
To have clear knowledge on different floor activities , related machines setup & tuning, raw materials , accessories
To have good command on Bangla, English & Chinese language
To be able to communicate with boss & clients to have good communication skills with workers & staff
To have good verbal, written & electronic communication skill.
To be Willing for long term service , to work under pressure
Age limit: 25 to 40 years, Gender:Male/Female
Education, Age limit, Experience are relaxable for applicants having satisfactory practical knowledge
