Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Overview: TechVillage is seeking a Software Support Engineer specializing in Troubleshooting & debugging solutions to support our Codecanyon customers. In this role, you will be essential to resolving client support tickets on our support portal related to our PHP and Laravel-based applications. You will diagnose issues, implement client-focused solutions, and work collaboratively with our development, project management, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly applications. We’re looking for proactive problem solvers who thrive in dynamic, collaborative settings and adapt swiftly to new technologies.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve client-reported issues in PHP and Laravel codebases.
- Troubleshooting & debugging software support according to client requirement.
- Good understanding of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, Laravel.
- Provide high-quality technical support, ensuring timely resolution of client support.
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and project management teams to enhance the client experience.
- Continually learn and adapt to platforms like Codecanyon.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (Pass) in Computer Science & Engineering
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- IT Enabled Service, Engineering Firms
Additional Job Requirements
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in software development, IT, or a related technical role (personal or professional experience).
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with modern programming languages, especially PHP, Laravel, MySQL, and RESTful APIs.
- Basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git or SVN.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting with a strong commitment to improving problem-solving skills.
- Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent English is mandatory to collaborate effectively with global project teams.
- Interest in Business support:
- Strong interest in working with platforms like codecanyon & Human centric software support.
