Job Description / Responsibility
  • Strategic Planning
  • Develop and implement B2B marketing and sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Create annual and quarterly sales forecasts and marketing plans.
  • Identify target markets, customer segments, and key industries for growth opportunities.
  • Sales Management
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and decision-makers.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, ensuring KPIs and sales goals are met.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotes tailored to client requirements. Handle contract negotiations, closing deals, and managing accounts post-sale.
  • Marketing Management
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns targeting businesses and industry segments.
  • Develop and maintain content marketing strategies including case studies, white papers, and brochures.
  • Plan and oversee digital marketing efforts (email campaigns, SEO, LinkedIn marketing, webinars) with digital marketing team.
  • Participate in trade shows, expos, and industry conferences to showcase products and solutions.
  • Create a consistent brand message across all channels and materials.
  • Market Research and Analysis
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Identify emerging business opportunities in the B2B market for growth.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Develop tailored solutions for clients to ensure their needs are met effectively. Address customer queries, concerns, and follow up to maintain long-term satisfaction.
  • Team Development and Collaboration
  • Train and mentor the sales and marketing teams on product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Collaborate with product teams, technical teams, and operations to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Encourage a culture of high performance, accountability, and teamwork within the team.
  • Reporting and Budgeting
  • Monitor sales budgets, marketing expenses, and ROI for campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) on sales and marketing performance.
  • Provide management with detailed business insights and projections.
  • Solution and Product Knowledge
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services to position them effectively in the market.
  • Understand client pain points and articulate how your solutions solve their problems.

Educational Requirements
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Management (MBM), Master of Commerce (MCom), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Experience Requirements
  • 5 to 10 years
