Job Description / Responsibility
- Conduct Market Research: Analyze local market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and other factors influencing the business.
- Customer Insights: Gather feedback from customers to understand their preferences, needs, and concerns.
- Competitor Analysis: Track and assess competitors' marketing strategies in the region to identify opportunities and threats.
- Identify Target Audiences: Determine and segment the local customer base to tailor marketing strategies and campaigns effectively.
- Coordinate Campaigns: Execute campaigns such as product launches, promotional events, sampling programs, or digital marketing initiatives in the region.
- Build Relationships with Key Stakeholders: Establish strong connections with local retailers, vendors, influences, media, and partners to create collaborative marketing efforts.
- Customer Engagement: Foster positive relationships with customers through direct interaction, ensuring they are informed about promotions, new products, or events.
- Community Involvement: Become a visible representative of the brand in the local community by participating in or sponsoring local activities and causes.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, sales teams, and partners effectively.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events simultaneously.
