Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for a Spa Manager for a premium spa who can manage all aspects of the spa independently, ensuring top-notch service and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a spa or wellness environment, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa.
Maintain a high standard of service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage and supervise the spa team, providing training, support, and guidance.
Handle inventory management, ensuring that all supplies are stocked and well-maintained.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met.
Address customer feedback and resolve any issues efficiently and professionally.
Develop promotional strategies to enhance spa visibility and attract new clients.
Prepare monthly reports on sales, performance, and client feedback.
Requirements:
Fluency in English (verbal & written) is mandatory.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the spa industry, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both in Bengali and English.
Ability to work independently and handle problems with confidence.
Knowledge of spa services, treatments, and industry trends.
Proficiency in basic spa management software and MS Office.
