Quality Control Officer / Junior Quality Control Officer

Job Description / Responsibility

Ensuring quality & control, Product development, preliminary production in process control & final production.
Raw materials sampling and analysis of food products.
In-process quality control (IPQC).
Identifying the root cause and action plan against any kind of quality-related issues.
Microbiological work test
Create a quality culture in the department as well as in the factory.
Working with the production department to develop productivity and product quality.
Manage occupational safety. Health and environment inside the total plant as a member of the safety committee and help to improve unsafe acts or conditions by following the safety manual.
To carry out any other assignment given by the company or immediate superior.
The mindset of working on your own.
Strictly adhering to the occupational safety system.
Submit a report regularly on raw materials; finish goods Input and output quality parameters accordingly.
Prepare and submit Daily performance reports to the Line Manager.
Ensure proper documentation.
Responsible for implementation & Documentation work (ISO, HACCP, BSTI, HALAL)
Internal Relationship: QC Manager, Production Supervisor, Store Supervisor, Microbiologist, Production Head. Machine Operator.
Prepare premix pack as per batch.
External Relationship: RM / PM Supplier.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc), Diploma
BSc. / Deploma in Food Technology and Nutrition Science

Experience Requirements

1 to 5 years
