Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context:
- KLIMB BD is our newly established footwear retail brand with a global vision.
- We are seeking an experienced Sr. Executive in our Production Department.
- Job Responsibility:
- Supervising all production activities to ensure efficient operation and adherence to quality standards.
- Establishing production targets in alignment with company objectives and ensuring their achievement through effective planning and execution.
- Efficiently allocating and managing resources including manpower, machinery, and materials to optimize production output and minimize costs.
- Handling all types of production issues.
- Plan and organize production schedules to meet deadlines and production targets.
- Work closely with the production team from the development stage in order to foresee production bottlenecks, quality problems and troubleshoot them.
- Day-to-day production plan to meet customer delivery date, implement and focus on customer requirements.
- Resolve production issues and coordinate with other departments as necessary.
- Follow-up materials inventory to ensure on-time input in production.
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain team and material handlers to supply the workstations with material quickly and efficiently.
- Responsible for solving technical issues faced in manufacturing areas.
- The applicants should have experience in the area of sample assessment, sample making, bulk production, and footwear construction and knowledge of modern and updated quality assurance procedures and techniques.
- Should have strong leadership skills & responsible for maintaining Harmony in the workplace: Worker satisfaction and high retention of Production Staff and operators.
- Any other related tasks given by the management of the company
Educational Requirements
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Tannery/Footwear
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 27 to 35 years
- Must be able to take responsibility with honesty, sincerity, and professionalism.
- Must have teamwork and cooperation mentality.
- Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
- Strong presentation and delivery skills.
- Computer knowledge in E-mail, Word, and Excel is a must with the need to produce reports for management and clients.
