Job Description / Responsibility
  • Planning, coordinating and controlling production process.
  • Ensuring efficiency and effective production.
  • Drawing a production schedule.
  • Working out the material and human resources required.
  • Working in coordination with the Production supervisor and liaising with different departments such as suppliers and top management.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology, Diploma in Engineering in Textile Technology.
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline/Textiles Degree/Diploma.
  • Educational qualification are flexible for experience candidate.
Experience Requirements
  • 8 to 12 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Jute Goods/ Jute Yarn

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age at least 35 years
  • Good aptitude with skills to educate and manage operators doing multiple operations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Internet & E-mail and other MS office programs.
  • Leadership and motivation skills.
