Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context: Shatarupa Weaving Mills Ltd., a renowned fabrics manufacturing company in Bangladesh, is looking for a dynamic and proactive Customer Satisfaction Executive to strengthen our customer engagement and sales operations.
- This position is ideal for individuals passionate about building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales through telesales activities in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information about products, answer inquiries, and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Telesales: Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers to promote fabric products, explain benefits, and close sales deals.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all interactions are documented in the company’s CRM software.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify product improvement opportunities and share insights with relevant departments.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual telesales targets.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer issues promptly and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the whole team to align telesales activities with overall business goals.
- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, highlighting sales achievements and challenges.
- Build rapport with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product details, and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into sales.
- Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain relationships.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, challenges, and market trends.

- Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Call Center, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup, Delivery Services Startup
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 20 to 30 years
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a telesales, customer service, or similar role.
- Prior experience in managing customer interactions in a product or service-based organization is highly desirable.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills and a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply.
