Job Description / Responsibility
  • Job Context: Shatarupa Weaving Mills Ltd., a renowned fabrics manufacturing company in Bangladesh, is looking for a dynamic and proactive Customer Satisfaction Executive to strengthen our customer engagement and sales operations.
  • This position is ideal for individuals passionate about building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales through telesales activities in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information about products, answer inquiries, and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Telesales: Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers to promote fabric products, explain benefits, and close sales deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all interactions are documented in the company’s CRM software.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify product improvement opportunities and share insights with relevant departments.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual telesales targets.
  • Problem Resolution: Address customer issues promptly and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the whole team to align telesales activities with overall business goals.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, highlighting sales achievements and challenges.
  • Build rapport with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide product details, and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into sales.
  • Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain relationships.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, challenges, and market trends.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Call Center, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup, Delivery Services Startup

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 20 to 30 years
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a telesales, customer service, or similar role.
  • Prior experience in managing customer interactions in a product or service-based organization is highly desirable.
  • Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills and a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply.
